Is There A Money-Back Guarantee?

 

Yes. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your product, simply delete the document from your computer and send us an email within seven days of your purchase. Include your name and the date you purchased the product, along with a description of the problem you're experiencing. We'll promptly provide a refund.

 

Please note that, due to the nature of digital documents, a 50% digital download fee is applied to each refund.

 

 

Will the financial tables automatically update when I enter new information?

 

No, the files are not considered software and the financial data is not interactive. We strongly recommend you replace the information with financial forecasts prepared by an accountant or by using interactive business plan software. If you require software to manipulate your data, we highly recommend Business Plan Pro.

 

 

Can I upgrade the sample plan from the Adobe Acrobat to MS Word version?

 

Yes. If you purchased a sample plan in Adobe Acrobat and find that you wish to upgrade to the MS Word file, click on the upgrade link on the second page of the sample plan. Clicking on that link will take you to the sampleplan.com website. You must purchase the MS Word version of your business plan and go through the checkout process. You'll only be charged the difference in price between the two documents. After your credit card is processed you'll be able to immediately download the MS Word file. This upgrade can only be accessed through the upgrade link.

 

 

What's the difference between the Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) and the MS Word (.doc) versions?

The content is exactly the same. Adobe Acrobat documents cannot be edited, while MS Word documents can be edited.

 

What do I need to view Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) files?

 

You need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is free and easy to download from Adobe.com. Click here to download Adobe Reader to your computer.

 

 

Will the sample plan download immediately to my computer?

 

Yes. After you complete the purchase, you'll see a download link on your screen. Clicking on the download link starts an immediate download to your computer. You'll also receive an additional email from us with a download link that's good for 24 hours.

 

 

What do I need to do after the download?

 

Save the file to your computer by using 'Save As'. It's a good idea to give the file a different name.

 

 

What if I loose the file or change computers?

 

Send us an email with the full name you used when you purchased the file and we'll resend the digital link to you.

Yes, each sample plan includes national statistics for each industry.

 

 

Will the files open on an Apple computer?
